Pretty good question. I hope you're thinking. Hello my name is Cj Shire, and I want you to take your safety seriously and know how to react to a dangerous situation and escape it unharmed. It's good to always have a plan of safety, and learn to trust your gut instinct.

This is why I created Empowerment Defense Inc. For many years I have been involved in the Assault Prevention and Self Defense field. I have worked hard to bring to you a clear and concise method that I have developed through my professional knowledge and martial arts experience. I felt it was necessary to take from different styles of martial arts, then break these styles down and utilize the most effective and vital moves that you can learn in a short amount of time and know that they can do enough damage to be able to STOP your attacker and get out of the situation.

Group Seminar

Participants will learn how and when to effectivly use pepper spray.

Each participant will also recieve a pepper spray canister to take with them after training.

Price is $20.00 (pepper spray included)

Private Lessons

We also schedule private lessons on safety and will share with you all the techniques I share in a class. These will have to be schedule in advance. Time is negotiable. It is best one hour at a time.
